Hello All!
Sorry for the late "Christmas Card". I thought this would be a great way for everyone to check in with our family so instead of sending a Christmas card once a year you can see what fun and exciting things we are up to! To catch everyone up:
Marrisa is a sophomore and she loves school. She is a great student and such a joy to our family! We are so blessed, because so far so good! We have had no desire to ground her, punish her or send her to her room until she turns 18! She's 16! Wow!
Tuff is home schooled. He seems to be enjoying it and doing great! He has such a sweet spirit! Of course he loves riding horses and hunting with Paul! He and Paul had such a fun time hunting together this year! What a great team.
Kashe, wow, what can I say about Kashe? He is such a little ham! He is our miracle and joy! The funny things he says! This 2 1/2 year old asked me if he could have 1 more bowl of ice cream the other day. His 3rd bowl. I said, "no, you've already had two bowls", he said, "who's counting?". Who says that? Who does he sound like? Hmmmm, is he his fathers child? He loves to snuggle with Paul and I. When he's had it he says, "lets snuggle". Fantastic!
Even though the economy is down and we had to quit building our spec homes, Paul kept very busy this Spring, Summer and Fall building a couple of arenas. He's taken some time off this winter and he sure deserves it! The cold is so hard on him! We built 3 homes last year and we were so, so blessed to sell them all as the economy started to turn. We truly count it a miracle!
We've spent a lot of our Vacations in AZ. Our hope is to one day be snow birds and spend our winters there. It's actually really nice because Paul's mom and sister are there, his cousin James and his family. I also reconnected with my best friend Sandy Green, growing up and she lives 10 minutes from Paul's mom. We had a Christmas Party and we got to see my cousin Geoff Child and his children. So, it's really exciting for us to go there! Now, if only I could get my family there!
Please, check in from time to time! I will try and keep it up! We love and appreciate all of you! Our love and Many blessings, The Millers
